      • < 300 l/min after therapy

  • arterial blood gases c, using local anaesthetic  a, if SaO 2 ≤ 92% or signs of hypercapnia
After therapy, repeat

Consider a chest X-ray for complicated cases c to exclude a pneumothorax. d
