  • known drug hypersensitivity
  • cerebral haemorrhage
  • acute gastric or duodenal ulceration
  • known bleeding diathesis
  • uncontrolled severe hypertension
  • injuries or recent surgery to eyes, ears or central nervous system
  • severely disturbed liver or renal function
