Scrape or pinch-off wasp or bee stings ^d - don't leave them in! ^d

Consider giving ^d

• iv  fluid ^a
• an antihistamine ^a
• salbutamol 5 mg ^d nebulisers if wheezy
• steroids ^d particularly if biphasic or prolonged reactions are likely ^d
